I’ve been looking forward to the second season of the IPL ever since the end of the thrilling first season.I had plans of going to watch a few matches.But darn,the elections are clashing with the IPL and the second season of the IPL will be held abroad.Currently England and South Africa are the top contenders to host the IPL.The timings of the matches will be 4pm IST and 8pm IST to suite the Indian audience.This makes it more probable for England to host the IPL.So lets see what happens.
