The 2 Mbps Experience

Yesterday,at about 3pm I was downloading stuff from Rapidshare.In order to avoid the delay between two consecutive downloads,I disconnected and changed my IP address.When I reconnected,I was getting 2.17Mbps download speed.I used my presence of mind and completed all my pending downloads.I was planning to download a Linux distro but there haven’t been any recent releases I’m interested in.Then I decided to download Open Suse 11.0 just to try it out.I downloaded about 100 MB when my speed was back to my normal speed 128kbps at about 3:30pm.That half hour of 2Mbps speed was a great experience.Here’s a screen-shot of the speed test-
