One positive,I’ve got out of MANIT is weight loss.I’ve lost about 15-20kg of weight in 2 months.I didn’t exercise like hell or diet or anything of that sort.Basically I have to walk to college everyday from hostel which is about 1 km away.I cover this distance 4 times everyday.Secondly,since I’m hardly allowed to get out of the hostel,I can’t have junk food.The mess food is light on calories so eventually I’ve ended up losing loads of weight.
Whoa, 15-20 kg! That’s quite a lot. 🙂
