SUNDAY FOR SPORTS

June 11, 2007 by Naman Bagga | No Comments | Filed in Cricket, Formula 1, Tennis, Videos

Sunday, 10 June 2007 was a big day for the world of sports. I’ll discuss everything in chronological order-

Nadal wins French open:Rafeal Nadal won his 3rd consecutive title at Roland Garros by defeating Roger Federer for the third year in a row. In my opinion-Nobody can stop Nadal on clay. Wimbledon is the next grand slam for which I predict a Roger Federer victory.

Asia XI wins the Afro Asian Cup: From the world of tennis we now move to Cricket. The Asia XI won the Afro Asian cup 3-0. They even won the 20-20 international match played before the 3 one day internationals. This was expected as the Asian cricket teams have good talent and better facilities than the African ones.

Hamilton wins Maiden Grand Prix: Lewis Hamilton claimed his maiden Grand Prix victory at Montreal, Canada by winning the Canadian Grand Prix. Fernando Alonso could just manage a 7th position after getting a 10 second STOP GO penalty for pit lane violations. Felipe Massa and Giancarlo Fisichella were Black Flagged (Disqualified) for ignoring the red light at the pit lane exit. Kimi Raikkonen finished 5th behind Nick Heidfeld, Alex Wurz and Heikki Kovalainen who qualified 3rd 20th and 19th respectively. The race was a disaster as just 12 drivers managed to finish the race. Robert Kubica broke his leg as he had a dangerous crash into the hairpin. The crash was so severe that his legs were visible as the car had sustained a lot of damage. Have a look at the crash-

I'm sure it does.Venpar is one of the leading providers of private equity.Venture Alliance Partners have shown excellent results for their clients. The website is very user friendly. In my opinion, you are just one click away from success.I would recommend it to every businessman
